Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Business Development Professional to join our team in Commercial Banking. As a key member of our platform, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to commercial business clients, leveraging sales enabling tools and developing needs-based sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage sales planning, prospecting, and pre-call planning tools to drive business growth and deepen client relationships.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to individual client needs, focusing on revenue growth, client loyalty, and exceptional service delivery.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum 1-2 years of experience in commercial lending or banking, preferably in a relationship management position. Additionally, you should possess demonstrated success in business development, particularly in acquiring new clients, prospecting, and cold calling. Strong financial statement review and computer modeling analysis skills are also essential. Bilingualism (English and French) is required, as you will serve clients with diverse linguistic needs.
