We are seeking a talented Banking Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients in the Saint John area.

About the Role

This part-time position involves working 25 hours per week, offering a unique opportunity to balance work and personal life. You will work closely with a diverse team of experts, including investment specialists, credit analysts, and mortgage advisors.

As a Banking Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to deliver personalized banking solutions to clients. This includes greeting clients, answering questions, and resolving complex situations. Your ability to build lasting relationships, demonstrate empathy, and provide excellent customer service will be essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and answer questions
  • Help clients use our banking applications and ABMs
  • Listen to clients' needs and resolve situations that may be complex
  • Give advice and offer transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients
  • Demonstrate the ability to build lasting business relationships
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A college diploma (DEC) or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • An inclusive attitude and openness to diversity
  • A positive attitude and empathy for clients
  • Interest in technology and skilled in sharing knowledge
  • The ability to adapt to different situations
Compensation and Benefits

This part-time position comes with a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, you will have access to:
