We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the US market. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive growth through strategic account planning, relationship building, and data-driven decision making.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and coordinating proposal development. They will also identify and assist with resolving clients' business challenges, present recommendations to senior client management teams, and drive attendance to marketing events.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
  3. Proposal Development: Coordinate the process of proposal development, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  4. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation activities, including attending marketing events and following up with attendees.
  5. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Multiple years of experience selling Oracle Hyperion Cloud EPM/ERP/SCM/HCM and/or other performance management consulting services with enterprise software companies and/or top-tier consulting firms.
  • Excellent writing, editing, speaking, planning, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members or individually.
  • Strong interpersonal, social, and networking skills.
  • Exceptional project leadership skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and ensure that customers and prospects receive timely feedback and support as needed.
  • Functional background including finance, accounting, and computer skills experience is a plus.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Strategic Thinking: Develop and execute strategic account plans.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and innovative company.
