Business Development Manager

At Manga Hotel Group, a leading Canadian company with a focus on high-quality hotels affiliated with prestigious brands, we're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown St. management team and drive property success.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of directing day-to-day operations, maximizing profits, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. They will oversee service quality, operational efficiency, and financial performance, while also developing and implementing hotel-wide strategies to align with our business goals.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and comparable positions in the United States and Canada.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, requiring the successful candidate to tour the property daily, monitor cleanliness, safety, and security, and provide exceptional customer service.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading the leadership team to develop and implement hotel-wide strategies
- Ensuring alignment with the brand business strategy and proper pricing and positioning of the property in the market
- Identifying operational performance gaps and implementing measures to correct them
- Fostering a culture of exceptional service and quality control
