Job Description

As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. Your primary focus will be on discovering customer needs, educating them on relevant financial solutions and helping them achieve their goals.

  • You will take a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and provide personalized advice and guidance.
  • You will educate customers on various financial solutions, including day-to-day banking, investments and borrowing options.
  • You will build comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their financial objectives.
  • You will nurture long-standing relationships and develop new business opportunities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong appetite for building customer relationships and a strategic mindset to develop personalized financial strategies.
  • The proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Mutual Funds licence and completed CIFP Diploma.
