We are seeking an ambitious Business Development and Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. As a trusted business partner, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue, growth, and market share for industry leaders across the country.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. IDentify high-potential markets, cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and promotions, and develop outbound business & sales strategies to attract and close potential leads.
  2. Utilize active listening skills and value-based selling methods to engage customers and lead them through the sales pipeline.
  3. Manage the sales lifecycle from prospecting and initiating contact to closing the sale and generating referrals.
  4. Maintain a working knowledge of all products, services, and promotions available to specific markets.
  5. Collaborate with Senior Sales Account Managers to build your sales pipeline by generating and following up on leads, cold-calling, and building strong relationships with customers for cross-selling opportunities.
  6. Participate in the outbound sales strategy and business development process, the creation of critical tools and assets, and feedback sessions to identify and troubleshoot areas for improvement within the sales pipeline, pitch, or account management.
About You:
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in sales, business development, hospitality, customer service, etc., with a track record of peak performance.
Earnings Potential:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
