Job SummaryWe are seeking a Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team in Mississauga, ON. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have a clear understanding of contract documents and experience using computer programs such as MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCAD. Entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to grow the business are essential qualities for this position.
Key Responsibilities- Help grow and build our Glazing Service business through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Work with the National team to establish local presence and develop relationships with national clients.
- Communicate with existing customers to explain Flynn Service opportunities and follow up on quotes and tenders.
- Attend industry events, association meetings, and networking sessions to promote Flynn's brand and services.
- Plan and attend client meetings in various locations based on client interests.
- Contribute to the development of marketing and social media campaigns to promote Flynn's services.
- Prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely manner and oversee ongoing projects to ensure successful execution.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business.
