About the Role

Cision is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and email outreach.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Account Management: Manage existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a closing role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with sales apps such as Salesforce, Microsoft, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
