About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Shift Group. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and pitches to secure new business
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales strategy
Qualifications
  • College/Pro/Olympic Athletes or Veterans preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Proficient in English and excellent communication skills
