Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative to join our team at Salient Medical Solutions. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting prospective sales leads, meeting weekly outreach quotas, and driving new account openings and achieving product sales through cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and contact prospective sales leads through cold calling and email outreach.
  • Meet Weekly Outreach Quotas: Meet weekly sales targets and quotas for new account openings and product sales.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Receive training on our medical equipment and consumables, as well as sales techniques and strategies.
  • CRM Management: Enter new accounts into our CRM system and manage leads and sales opportunities.
  • Follow-up and Follow-through: Develop and send follow-up emails to prospects and ensure timely follow-through on sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Time Management and Organization: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, and to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
