About the Role:

Pivotal Integrated HR Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as cultivating relationships with existing customers to increase sales volume.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the industrial or woodworking industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
