Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with client groups, providing consultative support on HR issues and implementing effective people and talent management approaches.
  • Support the college in interpreting and advising on Collective Agreements, Policies, Procedures, Terms and Conditions of Employment, and relevant legislative frameworks.
  • Facilitate workplace investigations, develop high-quality reports, and recommend solutions that restore teams.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience as an HR generalist, utilizing a business partner approach.
  • CPHR designation is preferred.
