Responsibilities- Develop strong relationships with client groups, providing consultative support on HR issues and implementing effective people and talent management approaches.
- Support the college in interpreting and advising on Collective Agreements, Policies, Procedures, Terms and Conditions of Employment, and relevant legislative frameworks.
- Facilitate workplace investigations, develop high-quality reports, and recommend solutions that restore teams.
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience as an HR generalist, utilizing a business partner approach.
- CPHR designation is preferred.
This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary range of $87,095 - $108,899. We offer flexible work options, great pension and benefit programs, and a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
