Business Development Manager, HVAC Solutions

At Tundra Technical Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Markham. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for expanding market coverage and increasing market share in the room air conditioning sector.
Salary
We offer an annual salary of $60,000, with an uncapped commission structure that allows you to maximize your income based on your performance.
Job Description
In this role, you will leverage your skills in prospecting to identify and connect with potential clients, effectively convey the value of our products, and build a solid portfolio of clients. You will convert inbound leads, pursue qualified outbound opportunities, and identify upcoming new construction projects to maintain a consistent pipeline.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a background in inside sales or business development, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and products. You should be skilled at managing your workload independently and aligning with sales strategies. Relationship-building skills are essential, as you will need to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues. Additionally, you should be organized, able to overcome challenges, and maintain resilience to achieve your goals.
