Office Support Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Support Coordinator to join our team at TNT Property Management.
About the RoleThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and providing administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the office run smoothly, from front-of-house reception to data entry and bookkeeping tasks.
Responsibilities- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with attention to detail.
- Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases with accuracy and efficiency.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically with precision.
- Send and receive messages effectively using email, phone, and other communication tools.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare and format page presentation with a keen eye for design and layout.
- Provide general information to clients and the public in a friendly and professional manner.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.
- File material in storage areas in a systematic and organized manner.
- Label files according to retention and disposal schedules for optimal data security.
- Label, file, and retrieve documents efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Organize and schedule office work to maximize productivity and efficiency.
