Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Trinity London Custom Blinds and Shutters. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company standards
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Carry out various administrative activities, including data entry, document management, and correspondence
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, such as supplies, equipment, and maintenance
  • Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma
  • Experience: 2 years of administrative experience
  • Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Windows
  • Personal qualities:
    • Flexibility and adaptability
    • Reliability and dependability
    • Time management and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:
  • Work setting: Office environment
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
  • Language: English
Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
