Job Summary

About The Role

As an Executive Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior management and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements;
  • Managing calendars, scheduling, and reminders;
  • Preparing and distributing reports, presentations, and other documents;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Developing and implementing effective filing and record-keeping systems;
  • Assisting with special projects and initiatives as required;
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively;
