As an Executive Office Coordinator at Pioneer Cruises, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staff
  • Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries
  • Scheduling and managing calendars, including conflicting schedules and deadlines
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required

In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team to ensure the smooth operation of our office. You will be an integral part of our team, providing administrative support and contributing to our success.
