Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at PHSS Support Services. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for assisting with financial record-keeping, account management, and reporting.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organized individual who is proficient in bookkeeping software and has a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will support the maintenance of our general ledger, prepare tax returns, and reconcile accounts. If you have experience working with manual and computerized bookkeeping systems and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with financial record-keeping, account management, and reporting.
  • Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Post journal entries.
  • Prepare tax returns.
  • Reconcile accounts.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in ACCPAC, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum.
