We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Trinity London Custom Blinds and Shutters. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to our team.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. You will be responsible for managing daily office operations, including data entry, email management, and coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. Additionally, you will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and monitor and evaluate office performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, email management, and coordinating office services.
  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including record-keeping, filing, and report preparation.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide effective customer service.
  • Monitor and evaluate office performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
