Kitchen Supervisor Job Description
Boston Pizza Henderson is seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and leading a team of cooks and kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish efficient kitchen workflows to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation
- Train and develop kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge
- Monitor inventory levels and manage kitchen supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen performance and operations
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a kitchen supervisory role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety procedures
