About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at OCR Canada. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing sales activity for our company in a specifically defined account base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospective accounts to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance objectives, including responsiveness and time management.
- Process order entry and requests within our Netsuite system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other departments to ensure seamless sales and customer support.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and sales data to continuously improve sales strategies and performance.
Requirements
- College or bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of successful inside sales experience.
- Valid Driver's License with Satisfactory driving record.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Characteristics
- Experience with office machines and software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English, with bilingualism in Quebec French a plus.
