About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Lead to join our Growth Hub team at IA Financial Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of new strategic initiatives focused on growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, scope, and assess strategic initiatives in collaboration with various stakeholders, including product profitability, targeted segments, and channels selection.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide transparency of roadmap and execution progress.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary meetings to drive forward the execution of key strategic projects and programs.
  • Research and identify business incentives and programs to increase product penetration and drive profitable growth.
  • Identify and maintain business rules and processes for leads and opportunities attribution.
  • Oversee referral agreements for cross-selling initiatives within the group.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with sales and corporate leaders.
  • Act as a key liaison between departments and functions to deliver and execute strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of strategy, consulting, and/or business development experience in the financial industry.
