Job Description - Program Director

Worker Location: On-Site

Description

The Program Director will lead the development and management of a strategic account portfolio, driving incremental revenue and Gross Profit through a sales and service strategy. Key responsibilities include reviewing contract terms for internal and client compliance, acting as the lead on service issues, and making presentations to senior level executives to communicate ManpowerGroup offerings. The Program Director will also develop strong relationships with clients, invest in education of ManpowerGroup offerings, and work collaboratively with Global Strategic Client Management teams and US Strategic Client Management teams to ensure clients' perception of brand cohesion and industry star status.

Requirements:

  1. 4+ years of demonstrated success managing large accounts in a business-to-business environment.
