Strategic Business Growth Leader

The Strategic Business Growth Leader is responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of new strategic initiatives focused on growth opportunities. This role will provide expertise to shape and execute enterprise-wide client growth programs to drive profitable growth and increase client lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, scope, and assess strategic initiatives in collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business and clients' needs and provide transparency of roadmap and execution progress.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary meetings that drive the execution of key strategic projects and programs.
  • Research and identify business incentives and programs to increase the number of products per client.
  • Identify and maintain business rules and processes for leads & opportunities attribution for cross-selling initiatives.
  • Oversee referral agreements regarding cross-selling initiatives within the group.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with all sales and corporate leaders.
  • Act as a key liaison between various departments and functions to deliver and execute strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in the financial industry required.
  • 10+ years of strategy, consulting, and/or business development experience.
