Ondel Inc., a leading provider of innovative solutions in medium and low voltage electricity, is seeking an exceptional leader to drive the company's strategic direction.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in management roles within the industrial or institutional electricity sector. A degree in electrical engineering or related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
This role involves defining and implementing the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives. The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team and work closely with various departments to achieve the company's goals.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the company's budget to ensure profitability and financial sustainability.
- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve economic performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Implement crisis management and business continuity measures.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- BAC in electrical engineering or related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in management roles within the industrial or institutional electricity sector.
- Excellent understanding of the electricity sector and market trends.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical industry regulations and standards.
- Mastery of the Office suite, mainly Outlook and Excel.
- Good command of written and spoken French and English.
