We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Initiatives Lead to join our team at iA Financial Group. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of new strategic initiatives focused on growth opportunities.
About the Role- You will provide expertise to shape and execute enterprise-wide client growth programs, doubling product penetration with clients in partnership with business sectors.
This involves:
- Proactively engaging with stakeholders to understand business and client needs, providing transparency of roadmap and execution progress.
- Leading multi-disciplinary meetings that drive the execution of key strategic projects and programs.
- Researching and identifying business incentives and programs to increase products per client, driving profitable growth and increasing client lifetime value.
- Identifying and maintaining business rules and processes for leads & opportunities attribution for cross-selling initiatives.
