We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at SE Health. As a not-for-profit social enterprise, we share knowledge and provide the best care to help each client realize their most meaningful goals for health and wellbeing.

**Compensation:** Our Total Rewards package includes a competitive salary of $95,000 per year, group benefits, RRSP pension, and exclusive perks/discounts available only to SE Health staff.

**Job Description:** As a key member of our community care team, you will be responsible for completing comprehensive client assessments, developing care plans, implementing and evaluating care based on best evidence/practices and on client's unique needs. You will also work collaboratively with other care team members and support functions to ensure seamless care transitions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:*

  • A valid driver's license and vehicle (travel required)
  • Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) specialty certification an asset
  • Enthusiasm and love of community care and passion for evidence-informed practice & excellence in care
