Job Description

We are seeking a Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our team in the Greater Hamilton Area.

In this role, you will provide skilled clinical care to patients in their own homes, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with current membership in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Current CPR certification
  • Leap Training and Palliative Certificate considered an asset
