Dedicated Community Care Nurse Specialist

We are currently hiring part-time Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) and Part-Time Registered Nurses (RNs). We offer a supportive team, flexible schedules, paid training, and competitive pay. Our job entails comprehensive client assessments, developing care plans, implementing and evaluating care based on best practices and the client's unique needs. As a primary provider for a client caseload, you will lead their care while working collaboratively with other care team members and support functions.

A valid driver's license and vehicle are required for travel. You must be available to work days 9:00am-5:00pm and 3:00pm-8:00pm, as well as every other weekend.
This nursing position is part of the Community Commitment Program for Nurses (CCPN), which provides a $25,000 incentive to eligible nurses in exchange for a 24-month commitment to an eligible employer. To qualify, you must commit to 24 months of full-time employment at the offered schedule and not receive funds from the Ministry of Health's Tuition Support Program for Nurses simultaneously.
