We are currently hiring skilled Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for part-time positions at SE Health.

Compensation and Benefits

Our Total Rewards package includes a competitive salary, group benefits, RRSP pension, and exclusive perks/discounts available only to SE Health staff. The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 CAD, depending on experience.

Job Description
  • Complete comprehensive client assessments, develop care plans, implement, and evaluate care based on best practices and client needs.
  • When designated as a primary provider for a client caseload, you will be the point of care lead accountable for their care while working in collaboration with other care team members and support functions.
  • Support the client through care transitions by collaborating and connecting them with community support services in their local area.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A valid driver's license and vehicle (travel required)
  • Availability to work days Monday to Friday
  • Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) specialty certification an asset
  • Enthusiasm and love of community care and passion for evidence-informed practice & excellence in care
