Job Summary

We are seeking 3-5 Casual RNs to provide skilled clinical care in client home settings. As an RN with Bayshore HealthCare, you will have the autonomy to plan and deliver holistic care while increasing your skills through comprehensive training, mentorship, and preceptorship programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their community
  • Plan and implement individualized care plans
  • Teach and delegate tasks to different levels of workers and client family members
  • Maintain a high level of practice and adhere to industry standards

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid membership in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Updated Immunization Records, Clear criminal background check, and vulnerable sector check upon hire
  • Current CPR certification
  • Leap Training and Palliative Certificate considered an asset
