Job Overview

This Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) position is part of our Community Commitment Program for Nurses (CCPN), which provides a $25,000 incentive to eligible nurses in exchange for a 24-month commitment to an eligible employer.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 to $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Job Description
  • Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Location: Various locations across Canada
  • Job Type: Part-time, 2:00pm-6:00pm, Monday-Friday and every other weekend
Key Responsibilities

As a RPN or RN with SE Health, you will be responsible for:

  1. Completing comprehensive client assessments and developing care plans tailored to each individual's unique needs.
  2. Implementing and evaluating care based on best evidence and practices.
  3. Supporting clients through care transitions by collaborating with community support services.
  4. Collaborating with other care team members and support functions to provide seamless care.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license and vehicle.
  • Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) specialty certification an asset.
  • Enthusiasm and love of community care and passion for evidence-informed practice & excellence in care.
