Job Description

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing evidence-informed nursing care to patients with complex needs. Your expertise and passion for nursing will enable you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Requirements
  • A current Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Availability to work 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend
  • Updated immunization records, clear criminal background check, and Vulnerable sector check
  • A willingness to attain required SE Health certifications
  • Strong computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, Email, etc.
