Overview

Lululemon, a leading performance apparel company, seeks an experienced Compensation Strategy Manager to join our team. As part of our Compensation team, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing compensation initiatives that drive pay transparency, education, change management, and compliance.

Job Summary

This 14-month fixed-term contract position reports to the Senior Manager, Compensation, and is responsible for designing and implementing compensation programs that promote fair and equitable practices. You will work closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to achieve these goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage compensation initiatives that align with lululemon's pay-for-performance philosophy
  • Collaborate with Legal and Internal Communications teams to lead change management strategies around pay transparency
  • Work with Business Partners, Learning and Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and P&C Digital teams to drive project success
  • Manage future compensation programs and projects as needed
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A post-secondary degree in a related field (project management experience ideal)
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Effective communication and change management skills
  • Exposure to HRIS back-end (Workday ideal)
  • A customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills
