Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Compensation Strategist to join our team and lead the development and management of compensation initiatives specific to pay transparency. This role requires expertise in compensation strategy, project management, and communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global pay transparency program, aligning with the company's vision and strategy.
  • Create and maintain program documentation, ensuring timely updates are communicated to stakeholders.
  • Lead solutioning efforts to address issues arising from cross-functional teams and stakeholder requests.
  • Design and execute communications and change management strategies around pay transparency, partnering with Legal and Internal Communications teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure legislative reporting requirements are met and pay compliance is maintained.
  • Partner with regional Health & Wealth teams to address pay transparency and compensation education needs.
  • Develop educational materials to support broader compensation team objectives.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in compensation, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Ability to partner, communicate, and influence senior leaders (Director level and above).
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field (e.g., finance, HR).
  • Project management experience ideal.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and building PowerPoint decks.
  • Effective communication and change management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
  • Highly ethical and able to handle confidential matters with tact, discretion, and confidentiality.
Compensation Package

The typical hiring range for this position is between $103,500-$135,900 annually, based on market location and individual qualifications. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to eligibility requirements.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role, requiring in-person collaboration at least 3 days per week. Work can be performed remotely, and the ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
