The Senior Manager, Revenue Incentives is a critical role at Hootsuite Inc. driving the success of Sales and Customer organizations in achieving revenue goals. This position plays a key part in designing and implementing effective sales commission and bonus plans, SPIFs, and other sales and customer employee incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Senior leaders to develop and execute sales compensation strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the development and delivery of revenue incentive plan communication and training programs for Sales & Customer plan participants.
  • Manage a team responsible for optimizing existing tools and systems (CaptivateIQ and Salesforce) to support revenue incentive plans.
  • Ensure the Compensation System implementation and configuration can support the compensation framework for all revenue incentive plans and programs.
Requirements:
  • Senior Professional experience overseeing Sales Compensation Operations functions and teams.
  • Expertise in Salesforce.com and Sales Incentive Management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data and drive insights.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to coach and grow high-performing teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.

We estimate this role will be paid between $125,000 - $160,000 per year based on factors such as location, industry, level of experience, and performance. However, final salary may vary based on company requirements and market conditions.
