The Senior Sales Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and creating plans to execute sales initiatives.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles and experience working in the seniors housing or hospitality industry.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions
  • Create and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with HR to develop training programs and talent acquisition strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A post-secondary diploma or degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, including territory management
  • Experience interacting with mature adults and seniors in a management capacity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Yardi, Oracle HCM, and Power BI applications
  • Deep understanding of the Chartwell sales process
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated at $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
