About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced administrative professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and implementing efficient processes to drive productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Seminar and Event Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring all logistical details are covered.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, agreements, and other documents related to business operations.
  • Data Analysis: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Reporting: Oversee the preparation of reports, including financial, marketing, and sales reports.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Customer Service: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and resolve any issues that may arise.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Relevant administrative experience, preferably in a similar industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Knowledge of contract law and administration principles;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
