Job Summary

4Blind Canada Inc. is seeking an Administrative Officer - Operations and Support to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the operations and support team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the operations and support team
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
Requirements

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility
  • Organized
  • Reliability
  • Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees
