Job Title: Administrative Officer
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Magnum Fire Protection Inc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
- Perform data entry.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
- Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing systems.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Analyze technical documents and reports.
- Answer clients' inquiries and provide information.
- Open and distribute mail and other materials.
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and database software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
