Position Summary

The Senior Client Coordinator owns complex and/or multiple client relationships and serves as project owner from inception through completion. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs and project requirements, as well as expertise in manufacturing processes, including packaging, prepress, industry standards, and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project work schedules to ensure timely completion of up-front tasks and activities.
  • Initiate kickoff and solution review meetings, and ensure subsequent meetings or tasks occur in a timely manner.
  • Direct project activities, monitor project costs, and ensure business profitability.
  • Meet with clients as needed, validate client protocols and brand/pharma requirements, and ensure compliance throughout the process.
  • Handle and respond to client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of questions, report status, concerns, or general requests for information.
  • Monitor quality on the production floor and resolve conflicts/issues to keep projects on track.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive project coordination experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ongoing travel may be required, locally, nationally, and/or internationally.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning.
  • Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, and see.
  • Regularly/Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • The noise level in the work environment may be high.
