We are seeking an accomplished Account Manager to lead our client relationships and drive campaign success.
About the Role:
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
Based in Mississauga, this full-time position offers a competitive salary, flexible hours, and a mobile plan stipend.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage your expertise to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized campaigns that meet business objectives.
- Contribute to full campaign execution and program development to drive account growth.
- Successfully lead briefing meetings and ensure all work is strategically planned, executed, and delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain trusted client relationships for all marketing campaign/program delivery.
- Support the Solutions Enablement Team with creative briefs, marketing campaigns, communication strategies, and budget estimates as required.
- Maintain current knowledge of clients' businesses, objectives, products, programs, brands, competitors, strategies, etc.
- Ensure effective integration of cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and drive efficiencies.
- Collaborate with the broader Solutions Enablement Team to understand digital landscape and platform integration.
- Oversight of every project element throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Proactive management of client and agency expectations, project scope, and risks.
- Lead the Solutions Enablement Team to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Manage timely flow of information and documentation of all client-related activity.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree in business, marketing, communications, agriculture, or science.
- 3-5 years of equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Agency experience or working with cross-functional teams is an asset.
