About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Solutions Manager to join our team in Mississauga. As a key member of our Solutions Enablement Team, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customized campaigns that drive business growth and development for our clients.
Job Description
As a Senior Client Solutions Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leveraging your prior experience and skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and help clients meet business and program objectives by successful delivery of integrated, customized campaigns.
- Contributing to full campaign execution and program development, contributing to the growth and development of the account.
- Successfully leading briefing meetings with cross-functional teams and ensuring all work is strategically planned, executed, and delivered flawlessly, on time, and on budget.
- Developing and maintaining trusted client relationships for all marketing campaign/program delivery.
- Supporting the Solutions Enablement Team with the development of creative briefs, marketing campaigns, communication strategies, and budget estimates as required.
- Developing and maintaining current knowledge of client's business, objectives, products, programs, brands, competitors, strategies, etc.
- Ensuring effective integration of cross-functional teams ranging from creative, strategy, and data to meet client requirements and drive efficiencies.
- Collaborating with the broader Solutions Enablement Team to understand the digital landscape and platform integration that complements marketing communication efforts.
- Overseeing every element of the project throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Proactively managing Client and Agency expectations, project scope, and risks.
- Becoming a leader on the Solutions Enablement Team to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Managing the timely flow of information and documentation of all client-related activity.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A post-secondary degree in business, marketing, communications, agriculture, or science.
- 3-5 years of equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Agency experience is an asset or experience working with cross-functional teams.
