Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the overall operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and ensure that food quality meets our high standards.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and labor control.
