Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our restaurant staff, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
    • Train and develop our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish and implement efficient systems and procedures to manage our restaurant's operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, including responding to complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage our restaurant's inventory, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and implementing cost-saving measures.
    • Ensure that our inventory is accurately tracked and that we are meeting our sales and profit targets.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
  • Work Setting
    • Restaurant environment.
  • Physical Demands
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
    • Standing for extended periods.
    • Bending, crouching, kneeling.
    • Walking.
    • Physically demanding.
