Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 2873639 Ontario Inc. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Cost Management
- Cost products and services to optimize profitability and minimize waste.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
- Supplier Negotiations
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Customer Relations
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to drive revenue growth.
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operational Planning
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Work Environment
- Work Term: Permanent

- Hours: 37 hours per week
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
