Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead a team of more than 20 employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Operations: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing complaints or concerns and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The role requires standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads.

- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
- Dependability: Demonstrate dependability and reliability in leading the team and achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.
The Restaurant Manager will provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
