Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train a team of up to 20 employees to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to help them improve their performance.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Plan and implement operational procedures to ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently.
    • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
    • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that customers have a positive experience at our restaurant.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to help drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the restaurant's budget and financial resources to ensure that we are operating within our means.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Work Environment

The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and tight deadlines. The position requires the ability to work under pressure and to handle heavy loads. The Restaurant Manager will be required to stand for extended periods and to work in a physically demanding environment.
