About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Kathy's Custom Stitchery Ltd. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office, ensuring seamless operations and supporting the management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, managing inventory, and maintaining budgetary controls.
  • Office Operations: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including reception, telephone, and appointment scheduling.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring that the office operates within budgetary constraints.
  • Health Benefits: Manage and maintain health benefits, including dental, health care, and vision care plans.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Working Conditions
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
