- Organize and confirm appointments to ensure effective scheduling.
- Manage incoming calls and relay messages promptly.
- Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
- Procure office supplies and oversee inventory management.
- Establish and maintain both manual and digital filing systems for information management.
- Proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft Visio, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
- Familiarity with database software and QuickBooks.
- Handling correspondence and documentation.
- Preparing reports and maintaining records.
- Managing invoices and financial documents.
- Creating charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams for data representation.
- Must be bondable and possess basic security clearance.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail is crucial for accuracy.
